ith the development of additive manufacturing method, production lattice structures with complex geometries attracts increasing attention. These can be designed desired properties, and they are encountered in many areas such as automotive, aerospace aviation, industries, offer freedom to control their physical, mechanical geometric properties. The high strength characteristic that at any scale makes these useful for producing different designs. Since responses depend on design parameters, large number independent struts forming lattice, cell size geometry, behaviour should examined. In this study, a porous structure four models, namely Dode Medium, Diamond, Rhombic Dodecahedron, Thin, was produced by Selective Laser Melting (SLM) method. order reveal properties deformation structures, were analyzed under compression test finite element experimental numerical procedures compared. effect how is distributed throughout investigated. Element Analysis Digital Image Processing (DIP) method used determine lattices deform. results obtained will designing new metallic more excellent resistance future studies.
